TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into between Daily Recruiter / Prince Technology Solutions, Inc. (Client), at 1111 Hall Road, Suite 414, Utica, MI 48317 and Recruiting Partner.

I.             Recruiting Partner shall provide recruiting services for Client. Recruiting services will include finding and screening qualified employees (Candidates) and referring those Candidates to Client.

II.             As payment for recruiting services it is agreed that Recruiting Partner shall earn a set portion of the margin between the hourly billing rate paid to the hired Candidate, and the rate billed to the Client when Recruiting Partner referes the hired Candidate. This amount (referral fee) will be $500. Payments will be sent to the Recruiting Partner’s address within 30 days of the referral.

III.         Recruiting Partner may discontinue recruiting services to Client at any time and will notify Client of disengagement.
