ABOUT INDIE 360

INDIE 360 is a Co-Op CD project for independent Bands & Artists. The compilations are organized and distributed by 3000 Records (for Musicians by Musicians). This promotional service is based on an idea that was put in motion to help independent Bands & Artists get more exposure. This is done through putting bands on quality Co-Op CDs and getting those CDs in the hands Music Industry Contacts, and the general public. We distribute our CDs to Radio Stations, Magazines, Record Companies, Film & T.V Production Companies, Street Teams, Record Stores, Music Conferences, Open Mics, CD Giveaway Contest Winners, plus other Promotional Contacts.. Each Band & Artist gets copies so there is plenty of cross-promotion to all the participants in this project. This means when one Band or Artist on the CD promotes the CD, they are not only promoting themselves, but all Bands & Artists on the CD, and vice-versa. One major benefit of this project is everyone pooling their resources together, and giving the CD out to people they know.

CD Distribution: Currently we distribute Co-Op CDs throughout the seven continents.

Including: North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia, and one station in Antarctica!

Since 1996... I have been putting together Co-Op CDs. The first Co-Op CD was put together in Kalamazoo, Michigan with flyers and word of mouth. Actually, after losing a promised spot on a Co-Op CD,  I decided to start up my own. The first project was a real struggle, and it's still not easy. It is still very rewarding to help other Musicians though. Here it is 8 years later, and Bands and Artists from around the world are gaining recognition with my shared independent record company 3000 Records by participating on a INDIE 360 Co-Op CD.

This is a unique service that will help you build a stronger foundation to your music career. We hope to keep improving our methods and efforts used to organize, and distribute CDs. We are open to all styles of music, so the CD may contain a large variety of music styles. We leave it up to the radio station DJs to decide what they like and what they don't like so when it comes to participating on a Co-Op CD NO BAND or ARTIST IS TURNED DOWN. We may however refuse any song if it is not appropriate for radio guidelines. Ex. Swearing, racism, sexism, etc... Our goal is to provide a powerful promotional outlet that helps Bands and Artists just like you to reach your goals.
